Payment Methods

Payment is made online, in euros (EUR), when you place your order. It is processed by our payment service provider Viva.com (Vivabank Single Member Banking S.A., a credit institution authorised by the Bank of Greece) on a secure payment page.

Accepted payment methods

• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express;
• Apple Pay and Google Pay on compatible devices;
• any other local payment methods shown on the payment page, depending on your country and device.

Your account is charged when you confirm your order.

Security

You enter your payment details directly on the secure, PCI-DSS certified payment page of Viva.com. They never pass through our servers and we never see your full card number. The connection is encrypted (SSL/TLS). Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with strong customer authentication (3-D Secure).

International transaction fees

Our company is based in Estonia. Prices are charged in euros: if your card is in another currency (for example US dollars or pounds sterling), your bank will convert the amount and may apply its own exchange rate or international transaction fees. These fees are set by your bank, not by us.

Name on your bank statement

The payment appears on your bank statement with the reference MOONSTONE RING.

Refunds

Refunds are always made to the payment method used for the order. See our Returns and Refunds page.

Invoices

An invoice is available for every order. You can download it from your customer account or request it by email at contact@moonstone-ring.com.
